Literature Text

Spirits arise from ancient past
Dancing shadows, Feint lights cast.
Harlequin masks and olde world casks
Out of the spirit light, dancers bask.

Welcome all to the Dancer's ball
They dance and twirl around the hall.
Their souls are trapped here in time
No reason to be, no heartbeat rhyme.

For now you see them in the hall,
All the dancers from the ball.
ghostly spirits in masquerade gowns
eternally dancing here in this town.

Their lives ended long ago
But the dance continues in this chateau.
The jesters juggle in endless repeats
Souls trapped here in Limbo seats.

The feint sounds of a musical palace
Cursed by way of human malice.
For Blood spilled upon their halls
Forever will they dance within these walls.

So here you see this very night,
The glimmering spirits and colorful light.
twirling around like a matches flame
These poor souls remain eternally the same.

I liked the rhyme of "welcome all to the curtain call"

so I kinda went on my own off tangent spinoff of a haunted chateau by which the master of the castle was a Bloodthirsty monster and for his sins His aristocracy paid the price for those he had slaughtered with their souls being forever caste to dance their dance within his bloodstained halls..

It's so beautiful and moving. Can't imagine being stuck like that for eternity.
The harlequin passage reminds me of something I read from Neil Gaiman, I have to show it to you.
